Auriderm

Inspired by current beauty trends, skin repair products are in high demand. Biopelle presents a revolutionary family of products to promote healing and improve the appearance of your skin.

Auriderm® is an innovation in cosmetic care. Originally used for bruising that resulted from aesthetic procedures, Auriderm has been proven valuable in a number of conditions where there is unwanted hemosiderin or a weakness in vasculature.

Auriderm Clearing Gel

Auriderm® clearing gel helps to improve the appearance of spider veins.

What are Spider Veins? Spider Veins are small, thread like veins most often seen on the surface of the skin. They are often formed when a tiny pinhole tear occurs in a capillary beneath the surface of the skin allowing the blood to leak and pool under the skin. These purple, red or blueish discolorations are called spider veins because their wheel and spoke shape resembles a spider web. Spider veins on the face are often caused by Rosacea, chronic sun exposure or an inherited predisposition.

What can be done for Spider Veins? The use of Auriderm clearing gel can help to strengthen the capillary walls to prevent future leakage. In addition, Auriderm clearing gel will reduce or eliminate the pooled blood [hemosiderin] underneath the skin. Auriderm’s unique patented ingredient, Vitamin K Oxide, activates the body’s natural healing process to help eliminate the unsightly reddish-blue discolorations.

Sclerotherapy , Spider Veins and Auriderm Clearing Gel Sclerotherapy is a simple in-office procedure where spider veins are injected with a sclerosing solution. This solution causes the veins to collapse and fade. Auriderm clearing gel is the perfect complement to Sclerotherapy. Auriderm clearing gel can be used pre-procedurally to clear the smaller veins, allowing the physician to focus on the larger veins during the procedure. In addition, Auriderm clearing gel reduces or diminishes the incidence of bruising at the Schlerotherapy injection site, providing a faster recovery.

Using Auriderm Clearing Gel Auriderm clearing gel is soothing and non-irritating and can be used continuously to help alleviate spider veins. For best results, apply Auriderm clearing gel liberally to affected area(s) twice daily, morning and evening. Can be used on face, legs and arms.

Auriderm Illume Eye Creme

Where do dark circles under the eyes come from?
Dark Circles under the eyes are caused by fragile capillaries that leak blood close to the skin’s surface. The pool of blood oxidizes and turns a reddish-blue color, similar to a bruise. The skin under the eyes is very thin and often almost transparent and the reddish-blue tint is what you see as dark circles or bags under the eyes. This can be embarrassing and make you feel self-conscious.

Special instructions
Auriderm illume eye creme is a medical treatment eye product formulated to help alleviate dark circles under the eyes. This special formulation is soothing and non-irritating, but it is not designed to moisturize or eliminate wrinkles. If you are currently using other eye products for these indications, you should continue to do so. Typically you would apply Auriderm illume eye creme first, followed by you other eye products. Please ask your medical skin care professional for detailed instructions.

Auiderm illume eye creme’s unique combination of ingredients exist in a delicate suspension which, over time, may congeal to give it a slightly “cottage cheese-like” appearance. This is perfectly normal and does not indicate any degradation or loss of efficacy. If this has occurred, please squeeze a pea-sized amount of eye creme onto the back of your hand, with your finger use circular motions to re-blend the cream, continue until completely re-blended, apply to affected under eye area.

Cautions: For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or broken skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.

Auriderm OC Eight

OC Eight is a revolutionary product that offers patients control over their facial shine, working continuously for up to 8 hours absorbing excess oil. The results? Even-toned, true matte skin for that just-applied look throughout the day.

OC Eight contains ACRYSORB® micro-particles that are specially designed with copolymer technology and work to permanently trap up to 6X their own volume in oil. It traps facial oil mechanically on the skin’s surface. The oil remains locked away, invisible to the naked eye, without compromising your skin’s natural moisture. Using heavy powders or creams to absorb the excess oil on your skin can give you matte skin, but covers the natural beauty of your skin. OC Eight allows you to shine, without looking shiny.

Most women notice facial shine in the T-zone (forehead, around the nose, and chin). This area contains the greatest concentration of sebaceous glands, which are the skin’s oil producers. Facial shine magnifies the appearance of facial redness and other minor blemishes. This can be frustrating for women with acne or rosacea. OC Eight keeps shine away, giving your skin a more even, flawless look. OC Eight works mechanically, not chemically, to absorb oil, so even sensitive skin types can have True Matte skin.

How do the ACRYSORB® micro-particles in OC Eight work?
ACRYSORB® is designed to mechanically "trap" facial oil after it comes out of your pores. OC Eight works on contact so it traps oil as fast as it is produced, giving you continuous shine control throughout the day.

How do I apply OC Eight for the best results?
Simply wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Apply your daily sunscreen and any medications. When your face is dry to the touch apply a thin layer of OC Eight Mattifying Gel. Finish by applying oil-free make-up as desired

How will OC Eight effect my make-up?
In a clinical study OC Eight was proven to help make-up maintain that "just applied" look for up to eight hours. By applying OC Eight prior to your facial foundations or powders you will have a more even-toned look through the day.

After I start using OC Eight when will I notice results?
OC Eight goes to work immediately! You will notice a difference the very first time you try OC Eight.

I have "combination skin." Will OC Eight control facial shine without drying my skin?
Yes. The ACRYSORB® micro-particles in OC Eight are specifically designed to absorb the excess oil from your face. OC Eight will not compromise your skin's natural hydration.

Will OC Eight clog my pores?
No! In fact, in a clinical study where women applied OC Eight daily for four weeks, there was a trend towards fewer blackheads.

Is OC Eight safe to use if I have acne or rosacea?
Yes! In fact, OC Eight has been proven to help reduce the appearance of redness and minor blemishes associated with adult acne/rosacea. OC Eight does not contain an active ingredient so it will not interfere with any topical medications.

Does OC Eight have a sunscreen in it?
Although OC Eight is not formulated with a sunscreen it will not affect the SPF factor in your daily sunscreen.

Can I wear a moisturizer with OC Eight?
Yes. We recommend applying a water-based moisturizer with a minimum of SPF 15 before applying OC Eight during your daily skincare routine.

What happens if I wash my face during the day, is OC Eight waterproof?
OC Eight is not waterproof. As soon as you wash your face, the micro-particles containing the absorbed oil are washed away. Feel free to reapply OC Eight after washing your face during the day or night.

Can I wear OC Eight when I exercise?
Yes. And although OC Eight has no effect on perspiration it will help reduce that "greasy" feeling once you are done working out.

I have dry skin, would I be able to wear OC Eight to achieve a matte finish on my face?
OC Eight, although designed to control excess facial shine, can be used by anyone to create a great matte finish and beautifully clear skin. Because OC Eight will not chemically dry your skin, OC Eight works where you need it to, not where you don't.
